Sensa Intelligence FZCO, Trade Licence 91128, operates sensa.ae and the Sensa services. This policy explains how we handle personal data.
Information we handle
We collect contact and business details you provide, account and billing information, support messages, and technical usage and security data. When your business connects Sensa to a CRM or messaging channel, we process the authorised records, conversations, tasks and related AI analysis.
How we use information
We use information to provide and support Sensa, manage subscriptions, secure the service, answer enquiries and improve its operation. We send marketing only where permitted, and you can opt out. We rely on the legal grounds required in your jurisdiction, such as consent, contract performance or legal obligations.
Customer CRM data
Your business decides why its CRM data is processed and acts as controller. Sensa acts as processor under the Data Processing Agreement. Requests about a business customer’s leads or staff records should normally go to that business. We do not sell customer data. We do not use it to train shared AI models without separate written permission.
Sharing and transfers
We share only the data needed with hosting, AI, communications, payment and support providers, and where legally required. Providers must protect data under appropriate terms. Processing may occur outside the UAE; we use safeguards and transfer mechanisms required by applicable law.
Retention and protection
We retain data only as needed for its purpose, the customer agreement or legal requirements. CRM data return and deletion follow the DPA. We use security measures appropriate to the data and processing risks.
Your choices
